Documents Required for Visa Application:

a.       Original passport with validity not less than 06 months from the date of travel and previous passport must be attached

b.      Copy of 1-3 of passport along with the copy of previous Indonesia visa (if any).

c.       A photocopy of the applicant’s valid ID card (CNIC);

d.      Visa application form (link)

e.       Two(2) passport-size photographs (white background);

f.        A copy of the confirmed return travel itinerary (date of ticket should not less than 14 days during submission);

g.      A copy of hotel reservation/booking (for tourist purpose only)

h.      Copy of bank statement for the last 06 months with the minimum balance equal to US$. 10,000 for business and US$.1500 for other purposes.

i.        Copy of business registration certificate & recommendation letter from Chamber of Commerce or business association ( for business visa only);

j.        Invitation letter from Indonesian sponsor (business partner/individual/ institution) mentioning the purpose of visit clearly;

k.      Request letter from company/institution of the applicant indicating the purpose of visit to Indonesia;

l.        Covid-19 complete vaccination certificate/booster
